• ​By entering the facility you: 

  •  waive any and all claims of liability against Sinai Sports, LLC, its owners and staff; and accept sole responsibility for any illness or death

  • voluntarily assume the risk that you and your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19

  • acknowledge ​​​the contagious nature of and the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19

• The PA Dept. of Health Order requires individuals to wear a face covering when indoors and around persons who are not part of the same household, UNLESS they meet one of the exceptions in Section 3 of the Order as described below:

  •  ​Individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition, including those with respiratory issues that impede breathing, mental health condition, or disability

  • Individuals who would be unable to remove a mask without assistance

  • Individuals who are under two (2) years of age

  • Individuals who are communicating or seeking to communicate with someone who is hearing-impaired or has another disability, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication

  • INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SHOW DOCUMENTATION THAT AN EXEMPTION EXISTS

• If you are sick or not feeling well in any way or have COVID 19 symptoms, please DO NOT enter our facility, rather please come back when you are feeling better

​

• There are multiple hand sanitizing stations available throughout the facility

  •  ALL individuals are ENCOURAGED to wash and/or sanitize their hands frequently

​

• Signs will be posted throughout the facility encouraging hand washing

​

• When possible, we will open our overhead doors

​

• When possible, we encourage you to social distance from other guests who are not part of your family

​

• Restrooms and lobby area along with frequent touch surfaces are cleaned/disinfected multiple times throughout each day

​

• Class times have been adjusted and are spaced out 15 minutes to allow time in between each class for people to leave and enter the facility as well as to clean/disinfect ALL equipment

​

• All guests are asked to bring their own hydration we do offer a bottle re-fill station

​

• Participant information is gathered during our class registration and waiver completion - if needed, this information will be used for potential contact tracing

​

​

The safety of you, your family and our staff is very important to us.
