Our Ninja classes are a great way to begin your Ninja training, whether your just starting out, looking for a new workout or training for your next competition.
Ninja classes are divided into 3 sections: Balance/Agility, Strength and Endurance and offer obstacle instruction to train and master techniques to be able to conquer obstacles by increasing obstacle efficiency in a safe environment. All while working toward the goal of developing strong Ninja athletes!
Perfect for all skill levels. The more classes you attend each week, the quicker skills can be learned and mastered!

PARKOUR / FREERUNNING
Our Parkour/Freerunning classes are an excellent way to teach coordination between mind and body as well as build confidence, increase agility, balance, endurance and body awareness.
Parkour/Freerunning classes offer instruction to train and master techniques as well as increase obstacle efficiency in a safe environment.
Classes are divided into 4 sections: Floor, Vaults, Walls and Bars to focus on learning specific skills related to each section. The more classes you attend each week, the quicker skills can be learned and mastered!
Intended for all skill levels, this is a great way to get introduced to Parkour and Freerunning or perfect for more advanced athletes looking to increase their skills.
**PLEASE NOTE: Rubber-soled shoes AND long pants are required.**

Ever wanted to learn how to Breakdance? Well here's your chance!
Our Breakdancing class introduces you to the basic movements of this unique form of dance, that evolved from the street Hip Hop movement, in a safe, controlled environment. are a great way to begin your Ninja training, whether your just starting out, looking for a new workout or training for your next competition.
Perfect for beginners or those looking for a new type of workout.
TUMBLING & FLIPPING
Our Tumbling & Flipping class is a great way to learn tumbling and flipping techniques, trampoline safety and individual skills under the supervision of our experienced flip coach.
Our Tumbling & Flipping class will teach proper technique while developing body and aerial awareness as well as build core strength in a fun and safe environment. All while working towards the goal of progressing to more advanced techniques such as ninja flips off of trampolines, walls and more.
This class is also great training for learning acrobatic skills used in many other sports!
Our Homeschool Ninja class is for homeschooling families looking to fulfill their physical education requirements or just looking for some time out of the house! Students partake in a 1 hour class and a 1 hour open gym. Parents must supervise their children during the hour of open gym.
Registration is not required but recommended as the class is capped at 60 students.

***CLEAN, CLOSED-TOE & CLOSED-BACK SNEAKERS MUST be worn while using the Ninja equipment or on the Ninja floor!**
NO crocs, sandals, flip-flops, boots, dress shoes, heeled shoes, etc. are allowed!
