SINAI SUMMER BOOTCAMP

Kick off your Summer fitness goals by joining our Sinai Summer Bootcamp!

 

 

This 4-week, 12 session, bootcamp is structured to offer:

 

  • 30 minutes of Strength Training - using weights and body weight

  • 30 minutes of Cardiovascular Training - using aerobic, anaerobic and high intensity interval training

  • When: meets Monday/Thursday/Saturday as follows:

    • Monday - 4:00pm-5:00pm

    • Thursday - 4:00pm-5:00pm

    • Saturday - 9:00am-10:00am

  • Cost:

    • $144/person​ -

    • FREE for those with a 6 month or 1 year UNLIMITED Membership

      • membership MUST remain active through the duration of the session​

  • Ages:

    • 18+​

  • Class Size:

    • Limited to 12 participants​
