SINAI FALL BOOTCAMP

Kick off your Fall fitness goals by joining our Sinai Bootcamp!

 

 

This 6-week (12 or 17 session), bootcamp is structured to offer:

 

  • 30 minutes of Strength Training - using weights and body weight

  • 30 minutes of Cardiovascular Training - using aerobic, anaerobic and high intensity interval training

DETAILS:

  • 17 Session Bootcamp Meets Monday/Thursday/Saturday as follows:

    • Monday - 4:00pm-5:00pm

    • Thursday - 4:00pm-5:00pm

    • Saturday - 9:00am-10:00am

 

  • 12 Session Bootcamp Meets Monday/Wednesday Morning as follow:

    • Monday - 6:00am-7:00am

    • Wednesday - 6:00am-7:00am​​​

  • Cost:

    • $204/person​ - M/TH/S Class - 17 classes - NO CLASS ON SAT OCT. 15th - COMP DAY

    • $144/person - M/W Morning Class - 12 classes

    • FREE for those with a 6-month or 1-year UNLIMITED Membership

      • membership MUST remain active through the duration of the session​
