Our Shred - Shape - Sculpt  class with Coach Derrick, is designed to improve body composition through various methods of cardiovascular, circuit / interval, and strength training

Each day will focus on a different component with varying exercises to work BOTH the upper and lower body using resistance equipment as well as body weight exercises.
