NINJA GYM RULES

  1. Clean, indoor shoes are required for blue carpet areas.

  2. BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS!  Watch for people swinging on obstacles and running the warped wall, etc.

  3. ONLY 1 person on an obstacle at a time.  If there is a designated start and finish to an obstacle, please follow the flow and only use the obstacle as intended.

  4. WARPED WALL POLICY:

    1. ​In order to run the warped wall, a staff member MUST monitor your 1st attempt on the warped wall to verify you’re running it safely.

    2. NEVER turn around when coming down the warped wall.  ALWAYS face the wall, with hands and feet toward the wall, as you are descending. 

    3. Walls must be conquered in order of height.  The 10ft wall must be safely conquered BEFORE progressing to the 12ft wall.  The 12ft wall must be safely conquered BEFORE progressing to the 15ft wall.  Once demonstrated to a staff member you’ll receive a “moving up band.”  An ORANGE BAND allows you to attempt the 12ft wall.  A BLUE BAND allows you to attempt the 15ft wall.

  5. Staff members have the ability to add/change/modify rules to any session.

  6. SINAI SPORTS is a family-friendly establishment.  Profanity and other disrespectful language will not be tolerated.  Violators will be warned ONCE!  If the behavior continues, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

  7. Cubbies are available.  SINAI SPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

  8. OPEN GYM POLICY:

    1. ​Children 13 years of age & younger must be supervised by a parent or guardian.  The parent does not have to participate but needs to be on the floor with the child(ren) to assist them through obstacles & to ensure the safety rules are being followed.  

    2. If the child demonstrates that he/she can use the obstacles safely, watches out for others & consistently follows the rules, then at the discretion of a staff member, the parent may not need to stay on the floor.  This is a session by session decision.
