Our All Ages Open Gym provides full access to obstacles in the Ninja Gym in an unstructured format that is free from formal instruction. This free exploration time allows you and/or your kids to practice your favorite skills and obstacles from class, train a new obstacle with the assistance of our on-staff coach, or just come out and have some fun. Every athlete from beginners to advanced are encouraged to train and socialize together to foster a community.

**Parents MUST be on the floor supervising their children that are 7yrs. of age and younger, for the ALL AGES OPEN GYMS.**

**Parents MUST remain in the building with children that are 13yrs. of age and younger, for the ALL AGES OPEN GYMS.**
