FOOTWEAR POLICY

***CLEAN, CLOSED-TOE & CLOSED-BACK SNEAKERS MUST be worn while using the Ninja equipment or on the Ninja floor!**

NO crocs, sandals, flip-flops, boots, dress shoes, heeled shoes, etc. are allowed!

PARKOUR KIDS - BEGINNER CURRICULUM CLASS - Ages 6-12

Our Parkour Kids - Beginner Curriculum Class, for ages 6-12, is an excellent way to teach coordination between mind and body as well as build confidence, increase agility, balance, endurance and body awareness.

 

Parkour classes offer instruction to train and master techniques as well as increase obstacle efficiency in a safe environment. 

 

Classes will focus on 4 areas: Floor, Vaults, Walls and Bars to focus on learning specific skills related to each section. 

Intended for Beginner skill level, this is a great way to get introduced to Parkour.

Parkour Curriculum meets for 12 weekly sessions; one 60-minute class per week, unless otherwise indicated at registration.

**PLEASE NOTE**

Rubber-soled shoes AND long pants are required

SEASON VII

FALL 2022

Week of September 12, 2022 - Week of October 17, 2022

Choose from either:

  • Monday - 4:00pm-5:00p

  • Wednesday - 4:00pm-5:00pm

PARKOUR KIDS - INTERMEDIATE CURRICULUM CLASS - Ages 6-12

In our Parkour Kids - Intermediate Curriculum Class for ages 6-12, participants that have shown proficiency in all pre-requisite skills are ready to explore parkour and freerunning in greater detail. 

 

Participants will learn a wide range of challenging NEW movements while continuing to master the basic forms introduced in the Beginner course while looking forward to intermediate vaults as well as vault combos, e.g. kongs/double kongs, spin vaults, kash vaults and more.  Tumbling, tricking and dance skills will also be expanded upon as creativity becomes more of a focal point.  

Intermediate students will experience the freedom to combine movements as well as create new movements of their own.  The goal of Intermediate Level 1 is to not only gain a greater understanding of our skill vocabulary but the ability to add to it.

Intended for Advanced skill levels that have shown proficiency in all pre-requisite skills.

  • Monday - 5:15pm - 6:15pm

PARKOUR DROP IN CLASS - Ages 13 +

Our Parkour 13+ class, for ages 13 and over, is an excellent way to teach coordination between mind and body as well as build confidence, increase agility, balance, endurance and body awareness.

 

Parkour classes offer instruction to train and master techniques as well as increase obstacle efficiency in a safe environment. 

 

Classes are divided into 4 sections: Floor, Vaults, Walls and Bars to focus on learning specific skills related to each section.  The more classes you attend each week, the quicker skills can be learned and mastered!

Intended for all skill levels, this is a great way to get introduced to Parkour or perfect for more advanced athletes looking to increase their skills.

This is a DROP IN class to provide you more flexibility to attend when you're schedule allows.
