BASEBALL TRAINING:
Trainee purchases a Batting Cage Membership that can be used once per day + Personal Trainer Fee (Discussed with Personal Trainer)
Trainee could also purchase a ONE HOUR batting cage rental ($20/hour) + Personal Trainer Fee
Lessons are hands-on, motivational, and action-packed with Jim Colvin.
NINJA TRAINING
Trainee should email Sinai Sports at manager@sinaisportserie.com or call the front desk at 814-315-1580 to request private training. The base rate for Ninja Training is $50/hour per person, but discounts are available for teams or large groups.
FITNESS TRAINING
Trainee purchases a facility rental fee of $20 for 1 hour + Personal Trainer Fee (Discussed with Personal Trainer)

Training can be CUSTOMIZED to the needs of the gymnast.
OUR PRIVATE TRAINERS
Jacob Hart is a private basketball trainer at Sinai Sports, who strives to get the best out of all the young the athletes he mentors. Jake received his Bachelor's Degree from Edinboro University in Human Performance in 2021. While attending Edinboro, Jake was the assistant coach for the Men's Basketball Team. Jake has also coached multiple AAU teams and has done private training for over three years. He's currently working towards his Physical Therapy Assistant license from Mercyhurst University.

Duke Gartrell is a Private Basketball Trainer here at Sinai Sports. Duke is a father of three and a huge sports enthusiast. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Communications Degree from Edinboro University and has a burning passion to aide athletes in their journeys of achieving success on and off the court. Duke has a wide range of experience in coaching and spent four years on the Men's Basketball Team at Edinboro University, finishing second all-time in 3-pointers made in school history and fifth in games played.

Jim Colvin is a private baseball trainer here at Sinai Sports, and has been since we opened our facility. Jim is a lifelong baseball player, and has decades of playing/coaching experience. Colvin, a loyal husband and dedicated father, has coached some of the finest baseball players in Erie- including numerous Division-I baseball recruits. Colvin is a full-time firefighter who also coaches as part of the Cathedral Prep Softball coaching staff, but he loves to work with young players of all ages to grow their love for the sport.

Derrick Lyons is one of our Assistant Managers and the Fitness Director here at Sinai Sports. Derrick was a Fitness Specialist at the Lecom Medical Fitness and Wellness center here in Erie for 3 years, creating exercise prescription programs for special and general populations prior to working at Sinai Sports. Derrick attended Towson University and received his BS in Exercise Science/Sports Medicine. At Towson, Derrick was a Division-I football player as a defensive back. He has over 10+ years of fitness training experience and strives to help people of all ages and genders to achieve their fitness goals.

Jake Marks is a Gymnastics Instructor here at Sinai Sports who has helped hundreds of gymnasts in the Erie area throughout his coaching career. Jake is a former Class 1 gymnast of 12 years and has spent more than 20 years coaching gymnasts across the world. Coach Jake spent 10 years as Junior National Development Coach and was voted 2017's Pennsylvania Men's Gymnastics Coach of the Year. Jake has helped build the gymnastics program at Sinai Sports, as well as other notable gymnastics organizations across the area as well.
