Practice sessions will focus on developing individual skills, improving individual weaknesses, obstacle technique and endurance, mental training as well as strength and conditioning to compete at an advanced level.  ​​

Team Blue (Beginners and younger team members) : 

Tuesday / Thursday 7:15 – 8:30 

Friday 5:00 – 7:00 

 

Team Orange : 

Monday / Wednesday 7:15 – 9:00 

Friday 5:00 – 7:00

AGES: 6+

 

TEAM COMMITMENT:

Team members have the following expectations:

​

• Read / sign a team member code of conduct - parent signature for those under 18

• Team practices as scheduled

• A coach will be present at 1 competition per month and although recommended, not necessary.  

​

COST:

• $150.00 

  • One-time registration fee payable to Sinai Sports includes:​

  • Team Competition Shirt

  • Sinai Sports Coach present for 1 competition/month from September - June​ to provide direct coaching - designated competitions will be announced based on release of the WNL competition schedule

  • Needs to be paid by both Unlimited Members and Non-members.

• $175 Monthly  - separate from the one-time registration fee 

  • Access to all ninja curriculum and open gyms.  

  • 3 Team classes per week.  ​

• Individual & Family Unlimited Memberships

  • Covers all practices, ninja curriculum and open gyms​.

  • Does not need to pay $175 monthly automated payments.

• Competition fees - separate from the one-time registration fee and ninja gym time

  • Cost depends on the number of competitions you attend

  • Fees range between $50 - $75​ each - many offer a discounted "early registration"

  • This fee is paid directly to each host facility upon registration
