Our Lady Ninja class, for females only, is a great way to begin your Ninja training, whether you're just starting out, looking for a new workout, or training for your next competition.

Classes will focus on the following 3 areas: Balance/Agility, Strength/Endurance, and Obstacle Instruction.  Women will train and master techniques to be able to conquer obstacles, build strength and confidence, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment!

Perfect for all skill levels. This is a Drop-In class to provide the flexibility needed to fit your schedule.  The more classes you attend each week, the quicker skills can be learned and mastered!

Age Group: Ages 18+

Current Session: Winter Session - Dec. 05, 2022 - Feb. 25, 2023

Next Session: Spring Session - Feb. 27, 2022 - May 20, 2023

Days and Times:

  • Monday - 9:45am-10:45am

  • Wednesday - 9:45am-10:45am

  • Friday - 5:30pm-6:30pm (No Class April 7)

Class Size: 10 participants


  • $17/class

  • Included with a 6-month or 1-year UNLIMITED Membership

  • Punch Passes can be used for this class


*Clean, Closed-Toe, and Closed-Back Athletic Shoes must be worn while using the Ninja equipment or on the Ninja floor*

NO crocs, sandals, flip-flops, boots, dress shoes, heeled shoes, etc. are allowed
